Burned off meat

I bought Pedros chicken at Jabulani Mall order 437 Viva meal at about 20h00 15March24. The quality of the chicken it was burned tasted like it was off dipped in sauce that never tasted like lemon and herb. The fries were too salty as I collected my order the other customer was told the salad was finished and was only advised when collecting however they were not told when they purchased the meal. It was my 1st time buying at Jabulani which made me recall that end of February I stood in a long queue when it was my turn to purchase I was told they don't have fries am I still willing to buy. I asked why ? They said they never had for the day I therefore decided not to buy and drove to Ormonde. I have also bought at Pedro Eyethu once and my meal was horrible. I made an attempt at Eyethu the 2nd time which was like after 8pm was advised the store is closing however the operating hours is 9pm. Clearly the service in Soweto is a disgrace and this is why I don't mind driving to Ormonde Xavier the service the treatment is amazing despite how busy store can be always clean. We live in tough times now when one thinks of buying a take away it's luxury. therefore why should I be unhappy I must say this is degrading Pedros standard. What a waste of my money disappointment is an understatement I'm done with Soweto.
