Boiled chicken

Friday 29 April, after a very long day at a Dr's office I drove to cosmo Pedro grills to go buy a "grilled" chicken for me, my fiance and my daughter. Bought full chicken for R119.50 with lemon and herb seasoning. To my surprise when I get home the chicken looked boiled and it was swimming in a sauce. We ate because it was late to start cooking and I had to take medication. The outlet was busy but I believe the service should still be the same, I spent money to get good food and end up eating chicken that I could have cooked myself even better than what I bought. I'm really disappointed 😞 in your service guys, I passed KFC and Chicken Licken on my way home just to end up regretting my decision.
