Bas service,such an inconvenience
Ordered and paid online got to the store Tsakane Mall 45 min later to pick up my order,only to find that it was not prepared had to wait for the order to be prepared,what a waste of time. This is not the first time me waiting when I pick up after ordering online,the last time was told the chicken is finished,such an inconvenience to me as a customer

27 Jun 2025, 19:25This totaly unacceptable second time this week I place an order online and paid got to the store my order is not ready,collection time was 18h33 got there at 19h00 yet my oder was not prepared,waited another 20min after making noise then got my order,I don't know why I bother coming back to this place cause surely they do not what customer service.I still have not got a call from the complaint I submitted yesterday,meaning customers complaints fall on deaf ears
