Bad take away service/ food

I bought a take away viva meal for 155 and I had asked the cashier to make it half hot and half lemon and herb To my surprise when I got home I found my meals substandard the hot part only had a spice and it was like it's half cooked they were in a hurry to go home and the sold us the food we didn't order no condiments nothing like why sell food after 6 pm when you know your not going to deliver because when I buy eat in food it's done so well but with takeaway it's always a problem.
