Bad Service Pedros Norwoord

Today i received a Fiesta promotion sms and felt that i should buy for my family.. i sent someone to go buy for me at Pedro's Norwood i requested the 2 piece of the meal not to be bursted with the sauce and they told me that they can not do that i explained that i dont want them to add me another flavor but to put the 2 piece aside on the final bursting... manager was very rude to me on the call and said that i can go complain and escalate her as she doesnt even want to hear my request... the sad thing she mentioned that im the first customer to buy that special for the day yet she canceled my order and told the person i sent that i asked her to cancel the order which was a lie.... her attitude towards customers scares me on how customers are treated on her presence... That woman doesnt care about customers at all her telling me i can go escalate and she doesnt care yoooh
