Bad Service Pedro's Jabulani mall

I had a bad experience this morning,.As it is in the middle of the month, I decided to order some food at Pedro's Jabulani Mall for my family to be delivered so paid a tip as well, My order number ***.The order was placed in the morning and was stated that the driver will arrive at 11:38.He callsd and say he was outside while he was not there, Our order was cancelled while the money was debited, when we call the store we have been td to wait for 5 to 7 working days to get our money back, we even offered to went to the store to fetch the order ourself, we've been told that the procedure doesn't allow that to happen, we have been told by the manager that we have to place another other. Just imagine with the last cent we have, we get such service
