Bad service Pedro's chicken Traderoute Mall

Pedro's chicken in Trade route mall is a ****, this is the second time I buy a Viva meal and I ask them not to cut the chicken as when they cut it you get less chicken,it happend again yesterday 28/03/25 I bought a full chicken I asked for it not to be cut but a drumstick was missing, when I called the store to complain about this as it was not the first time this was happening, my call was put down as soon as they heard about my complain, I then called again only this time to be directed to their call center where a team leader promised to call me back, which never happened.... Clearly they don't care about quality customer service and disregarding the fact that they are also damaging the reputation of Traderoute mall... I will never set foot in any of their outlets and I will make sure that all my family members and friends never set foot there as we cannot keep supporting a business with integrity issues
