Bad service - Long wait - Rude stuff

I have been enjoying Pedro's for the longest but the service delivery at Pedro's KwaMashu Station is very bad to a point that the waiting period is longer than Spur for a place like that is not acceptable. How is it that the staff is eating while busy with customers? Are you not suppose to go on lunch to eat and come back? The food takes long, the stuff is rude. How many minutes does it take to prepare 1 Qtr Chicken Paella? Never again am I visiting that place I would rather go to Umhlanga where the service is best
