Bad service from Samke Mkhize

I love the service from your staff in Umhlanga Aurora Drive. However there is a trainee by the name of Samke Mkhize . She is very rude. Sje served a customer who came after me. I told her I was there first. The kind manager apologised yet Samke refused to apologise even after receiving instructions to do so. Please guys you dont need this trainee. There are other FRIENDLY CUSTOMER CARE ORIENTATED people out there. Please adress this issue .
