Bad service from Pedros Mitchell's plain

Today the 19/11/ 2023 I bought me a half chicken paella at pedros promenade mall in Mitchell's plain and to my annoyance they take your payment but don't tell you your order will be done around one and a half hours/ I think they unprofessional and not fully skilled in dealing with customers and they have very bad attitude towards people asking about there orders;;it's about time top management can go and buy a meal each from that store and see the how unprofessional and unorganized they are by letting people stand for that long for a meal it's very poor service that needs to be revamped to improve their service delivery to the public
