Bad service from Matlaleng at Pedro's Jewel city

I received the worst service from Matlaleng, I went to Pedro's Jewel city at around 20h00...she got my order incorrectly and her attitude is the worst. I am not happy with the service that she gave us. Please tell me is it the service that you offer. I'm never coming there again,you guys lost a customer. The service was great when you started and I'm not sure what changed. Please teach your employees proper customer service
