Bad service

Placed an order online at 1pm in advance for collection at pedros n1 city for later the evening also called after 4 to confirm my order for 5.45 pick up and already paid online.i get at the store at 6pm for my collection and it has not be prepared for as yet .then i had to wait another 10to 15min for my order.so dissapointed. Whats the point of pre ordering if you gef there and still have to wait so long for your food
