Bad Service ever

We had a very bad experience at Pedros Zevenwacht, Kuilsriver the service was very bad. They told us that there is no plates to eat out of and put our stuff in a packet while in the mean time they are giving some people plates to eat out of. My wife ask for a glass and they refuse to give her and it looked very bad some of the people sitting with plates and they decide who they want to give to. The food we ordered was so bad we were so disappointed and said why did we not rather go to KFC. You can even check the Cameras of the store and see for yourself how bad the service were on Saturday 28 February 2026 if I could had get my money back it would have been worth it.
