Bad service

I had the worst experience at pedros flame grilled chicken in cosmocity, I waited for just a full chicken for 1hour 40 minutes. Worse part is when I open it it wasn't well cooked. Am soo disappointed, I really love pedros but the 1 in cosmocity I will never set my foot
