Bad Service Delivery

I placed an online order on the 16/09/22 @ 19h33 for delivery. Order no ***8. Received SMS notification that delivery will be at 20h08. I called the store at 20h27, waited for 5 minutes for the manager Terrance, who confirmed that the order is ready and they are waiting for the driver to collect. He told me that Yumbi is the contracted drivers. At 20h36 the driver called to confirm my address. At 20h49, the store manager Terrance called to say that the driver left with my order. At 21h10 I called the store to say I haven't received my order as yet. I explained that I am about 1.5kms away from the store. I went to the store at 21h12. Spoke to the manager who said he cannot give me another order as the driver already left. He tried calling the driver twice. He got a hold of the driver at 21h29! I refuse to accept such pathetic service! Pedro's manager wasn't not interested as he emphasized that the drivers were subcontracted! I am very sure that Yumbi is contracted to Pedro's to ensure timeous delivery service. I am a frequent customer and this sloppy inefficient service is unacceptable😡. I waited more than 2 hrs for my order. Driver had a smurk on his face, busy laughing and talking on his phone. My food was COLD and tasted unpleasant 👎. Driver had an attitude and refused to give me his proper name. He said he is "Mr M",. He was unapologetic. I would appreciate a full investigation and your prompt response. This is utter disappointing service👎
