Bad service

I went to Pedros on Thursday evening round about 7pm the que on drive to was long which is I never had a problem with that so I order the mega meal and whe I get to the window to pay I wanted to pay using cash and card teller just said it’s not allowed and I asked why as I always do she said the process has been stopped and it’s not allowed I thought to my self wow it’s not possible since it’s a big business ther must be a reason. So asked her to call the manager so that I can get a clear explanation only for the manager to say the same I was like isn’t that maybe the system is down the he agreed and said yes with a smug face while blinking an eye to the teller. Which clearly shows they were just dismissive and wanted to get rid of me quickly as they were irritated by my questions and how the spoke and the reasoning was like we don’t care didn’t expect a whole manager to behave this, every Sunday I buy Pedros and lately I have been receiving bad service week after week don’t know weather if the manager and staff changed but I do see it’s different from the people before the weekly bad service started sometimes they would say park in parking and they even forget to bring your order. You get you buy wings the would say they only have breast I don’t know what’s happening ther but Pedros northmead its starting to give out bad service weekly and even the quality of food as well very dissatisfied I think I must just even write off this store coz attitudes ,bad service , and the quality of food lately hai it’s bad if the owner is not aware this is me letting you know that people working there they messing with your business beacause week on week there’s always bad service
