I ordered online and went to the shop for collection, but when I got there they told me that they can't see my order on their system but yet I have the order number and o paid already, so I showed them the prove of payment and the order number I got from the app, but still they refused to give me the food and my money back saying it will reverse till today when I call them they give me run arounds
