Bad service by Pedro's Durban north

Once again I was disappointed by Pedro's in Durban north... We place a order 7 pm at work hoping by 8pm since is tea time we will hv food. They promised to delivery within 45 min. Came 8 o'clock nothing 9 o'clock nothing we received a sms saying it was delivered while they didn't.. Around 9:15pm they called nd said they saw while they around to leave that our order was left behind they said sumone will came and deliver I guy came I ask hi why I they doing this to us since we haven't ate nothing.. He said he is not working for Pedro's he is just a Mr D driver they begged him to deliver for them they said it's to far.. But why the accept the order on the first place? M Really disappointed
