Bad service by Kelebogile

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Pedros Jabulani Mall. A few weeks ago, I purchased a meal which was supposed to include four cold drinks, but they were not included. A ticket was logged, and I was told by a staff member that called me that I could collect my drinks at any time. However, when I arrived to collect them, the manager Kelebogile (or someone claiming to be a manager) was unhelpful, displayed a poor attitude, and claimed not to know about my complaint. I was asked to wait for long time for resolution, which I find unacceptable. I am unhappy with the service and would appreciate a resolution to this issue.
