Bad service between Pedro's Chicken from Jamaica junction and Uber eats

I placed an order for delivery on their website, food was not delivered to me, staff member refused to assist me with lodging a complaint when I called in blatantly told me they couldn't assist me with with making sure my good gets to me, I opted for a delivery option because I am not mobile. Instead told me to pay a new driver to bring my food because I should complain to Uber eats and not them they are not respondible for the drivers
