Bad service

Hi I wanted to order the Pedro special and they couldn't assist me with it cause they haven't had 2ltr cool drinks in store and I've suggested give me the combo with 2 1ltr cool drinks and they refused so how do you keep customers if that's the way business work...it Pedro's vereeniging.
