Bad service

I have been too your branch at the Phoenix plaza Durban The service that i received from the front staff Siza (that refused to give her surname) was absolutely horrific she has no customer experience what so ever she even continued to be rude after me requesting for the manager by the name of ravi who looked at me with a totally lack of helping an just carried on with his job its sad that the management firstly doesn't know how to manage the staff future more im a paying customer that wants to be respected because im always showing respect... I hope you guys deal with this situation this is a franchise and this branch is horrible. Its disappointing to have someone be rude to you before even having your meal.
