Bad service at Pedro's Midway crossing Newlands West

Worst experience at Pedro's Midway crossing Newlands West today. I paid for my order with a card R169. 90 to be exact. Received a slip for it. However when I went to fetch my order they said I don't have the slip with the order number and they can't give me my food. The manager came to me ready to fight me. I asked the manager for a way forward and she rudely told me there isn't one because I don't have the slip and I picked the one client slip (proof of payment) on the floor. She said I can't get my money back nor my food. She said I should wait till they finish working to see who didn't fetch they food. Otherwise tough luck for me. Just like that I wasn't assisted further. No money and no food even with the proof of payment and that the money was deducted from my account.
