Bad Service at Pedros

I would like to complain about Pedro’s Dobsonville. On 3 occasions, the orders were wrong. Pedro’s has been my go-to place because of the tasty meals you serve, but lately I’m disappointed at this franchise. The complaints are as follow:

1. The first order did not include chips as per order 2. I ordered garlic rolls and only got normal rolls 3. I ordered breast chicken and was packed quarter legs instead. 4. I had a large order only to find out that there was a missing quarter leg and rolls. When I called back the cashier tells me that I must return the order and I live far from Dobsonville. 5. I ordered 3 breasts chicken and I get given leg quarters.

Who must take responsibility for this mess? I am utterly disappointed at Pedro’s Dobsonville. Service and customer care needs to be stepped up. Otherwise, the word will go that Pedro’s has BAD customer service. You can make a mistake once or twice but not sooooo many times, haaaaiiiiii noooooo.

Something needs to be done and the staff needs to be trained.
