Bad service and uncooked chicken

Worst service at Pedros in Dobsonville.

My order was Chicken Paella R139 cut into 8 pieces served with rice.

I called to place an order at around 1:45pm on Saturday and was told that my order will take 20 to 25min. I arrived at Pedros at 2:20pm and my order was not ready. When I asked the lady who was check slips, she gave me an attitude about why my order was not ready. I waited for 15min and asked again...the lady said I don't know and I had to wait...orders were coming out but not mine. Until another guy who saw that I was frustrated and I asked for my slip. He went at back and started to cook my order. My order was ready after 3pm. The chicken was not well cooked, the rice was cold and the meat looked like multiple chickens or left over chicken pieces. How disappointing.
