Bad service

Order food online and 17.40 and 19.30 still no food came when I phoned them at 18.27 they said it's on the way after that I couldn't get hold of them again as it says they are closed for business for the day. I have people waiting for food and there is nothing to give them because Pedro's didn't deliver. Really bad service. Even in stoor they don't know what they are doing. The other day I waited over 2 hours for a order I phoned in. I never had bad service like this. I won't ever buy from them again
