BAD SERVICE

Disaster, this happened for the 3 time in the same place. I normally buy food to Pedro Braamfontein as it is convenient for me, however the service is more than the word bad. 1st incident, I bought food and upon collection one of the staff member eat my food, then the manager on duty manage to get something for me to eat. 2nd incidence, I ordered a 3 meal for 3 people 1/4 chicken, chips and a roll, with 2 pap and chicken, I got 2 meat and 2 pap, no chips and a roll. I went back again to sort it out. Today the 28/09/2024, I ordered 2 1/4 chick meals including cold drink on 1 and extra roll and 1 it's with Garlic roll, guess what I got everything besides chips on both meal. I called and complain at 2:28 pm and for 5m 24sc speaking to Blessing, and he said the manager will call me, after few minutes yes the manager called me, and she said she will bring the chips, and I refused and said I want my refund, as now I have a warning from my work regarding them, as when u ordered the order need to be ready, however they failed. I ask for my refund on both chips, of which she said it's R17 or R18 each, and then I ask for 20 on each order for the inconvenienced they caused however she refused and said the driver will come to my address to bring my refund, till now.

Furthermore, I love Pedro chicken, but the service is very bad. I won’t let anyone that is close to me to buy from them again. Braamfontein.
