Bad service

Went to Pedros chicken Dobsonville this evening I laced an order by 6h00 assissted phamela mandala. My order number was 417 I waited for my order patiently other orders came out till it get to around 430 I stood up to check on the order I was told it isn't ready . At 6h30 I went to phamela again and told her it's been long now and other customers are getting their orders (I ordered burgers and other customers that came after me got their burgers) she went to the drillers and stood there I asked her to cancel the order and she spoke with some guy sfiso or sphiwe and they said I paid with card they can't cancel the order. That sfiso manager was now the the drillers back to finish my order and he didn't even audacity to bring that order to me me . I left the shop at 6h45 by then they are giving out oder number 445. No apology no thanks just handing out the order
