Bad service

I'd like to say I'm very disappointed with the service I got at hello Peter I waited close to 30min wait for my order specifically my milk shake one of the ladies that hands over orders to the customer was begging her fellow colleagues to prepare my milk shake and nobody was willing to assist she was more concerned about me wait for my order and I'm thankful for that but I'm not happy with the entire service I received it was the 1st time I received this kind of service as I'm always ordering in this restaurant, please note one of the staff Elena was very helpful and concerned about me as she was constantly reporting to the colleague to prepare my milk shake
