Bad service

I had a very bad experience today with my first online order. My order was short and when I called to inform the store the lady asked whether who was supposed to pay for the delivery fee of that outstanding meal , I explained that it was not my faul then they said they will deliver the meal . I Went to the store but still I was not satisfied by them throwing me with food without even apologizing for the inconvenience they have caused the I have been waiting for Zanele who was supposed to attend me but she just decided to ignore me and stayed at the back
