Bad service

Im very disappointed with the service. My family and I love Pedro's and buy it at least twice a week. We had a horrible experience on Sunday. We called in and placed our order. We picked up the order only to get home and see it's the wrong order. We went back to the store which is at the Phoenix Plaza. The manager had the audacity to laugh at us and say we took the wrong order. How can we take the wrong order when they give the order to us. Been a manager his behavior is terrible. His name is Lindelani. Your attitude is pathetic. I don't know how u got the job. We will definitely not be buying Pedro's chicken again. Pedro's you need to teach your staff good morals and etiquette. Teach them how to treat the customer. It cost us to run up and down whose going to compensate me for my fuel. Wake up Pedro's. Very disappointing.
