Bad Service

Im extremely dissatisfied with the service at Pedro's cresta, shop 13B. My takeaway order was initially packed in a small bag, causing it to tear and spill onto the road. When I returned the food, it was repackaged in a larger bag without replacing the contaminated items. Upon returning again, the supervisor claimed it wasn't their responsibility. Then I told her If they hadn't packed my order in a small bag, the accident wouldn't have occurred. That's when she offered to prepare new food for me. However, I had lost trust in them, fearing that if they could provide contaminated food once, they might do so again. That's why I requested a refund, providing all necessary details, but haven't received it yet. The lack of follow-up from the supervisor is concerning. I'm seeking confirmation on Pedro's customer service and food handling policies.
