Bad service.

I made an order with Pedros chicks at 15:48 and received an sms confirming that i am going to receive my order at 16:03. 16:03 came and passed, 30 minutes later, I call them to enquire about my food, the person on the line says "oh we made a mistake, we will send your order shortly" mistake that no one bothered to inform me about, mistake that costed me my time as I had to wait at the delivery location for more than an hour from the promised delivery time and eventually when their driver comes, he looks so lost and doesn't even communicate properly, okay, its not the drivers fault. I had to spend more on transport as my usual free transport had left me already.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEDROS NORWOOD, THEY ARE VERY *********** AND DO NOT THINK OF THE CUSTOMER.
