Bad Service

I have never received such a bad service in my life, I ordered food at 10:55, I only received my order @ 14:00, my lunch time has long passed there is no communication whatsoever I have to call the store to find out now the driver is telling me that He is lost what kind of a stupid excuse is that. This is totally unacceptable from such a reputable brand, how can a simple order like this takes over 2 hours in a distance less than 5 km. I am disappointed and very annoyed with the service of this restaurant
