Bad service

I received bad service from Sbongile and Ruth, I went to Pedros Mamelodi square east at 19:50 and I went in and I was told their closed but the door was opened, the treatment we get at townships is so poor, customers are not respected, but when we go to the suburbs malls they complain, and the business will close and they will lose their job. They must learn to respect customers without customers the business will close.
