Bad Service

At Dobsonville Mall.... I Was so disappointed when one of the staff Pamela just suddenly cut the que to help the 4th person on the que. We all were on the EFT que when I asked her she said ill be assisted but long after that customer. Then she went on to discuss me with that customer. The other Lady Andiswa the staff assisted me and apologies on her behalf. I would like for staff to be fully trained on customer service and know even under pressure the customer shouldn't be favoured over the other
