Bad food and service from Pedros pavilion

Pedro’s doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!!! I laid a complaint against Pedro’s pavilion, their service is shocking. I’m just so irritated with Pedro pavilion. I ordered a meal at 13:06 today. I ordered a quarter chicken chips and roll hot basting. In the sticker it’s as what I orders however when I opened my food to eat the basting was mild. I contacted the store and the never helpful manager Mondli responders with I should send him a WhatsApp message with picture and receipt which I did and his response was how do I know if its mild. I responded with I order from Pedro’s so many times and one can differentiate between mild and hot and that I tasted the sauce with the bun coz I was eating. His response was “ This is Hot basting you are not the first customer complaining about this i will escalate the issue to my Boss. His is never helpful, I’ve had so many complaints with them, and with my colleagues as we buy from there so many times. I know what hot and mild looks and taste like. One day a colleague of mine had a meal with an insect but his attitude to that was bad and she didn’t get any assistance. The stuff is just bad . I received an email stating that the issue was resolved and ticket was closed. I had no contact from the Store. Whats nonsense is this
