Bad food and service

I am a regular customer of Pedros but constantly receiving terrible service and food. I have to complain each and every time about the food. And when the manager of the store contacts me, the only thing they say is sorry and that you should ask for the manager when i order, and i do ask for the manager but i am still not satisfied Why should I complain about my food each and every time. It’s ridiculous.
