Bad customer services
Their service is **********, they do not take accountability for the food that was given to me 4 hours late, cold and burnt. Almost 500 on food that is inedible and im still waiting for the senior store manager to call me.

20 Jul 2025, 11:07Good day, I did leave my details and my ticket with closed with no feedback, is this the type of service we should expect. From the amount of negative reviews I would assume you would take us seriously, All my messages, all the calls and all I hear is that my message will be sent to the relevant department. Its been 14 days and no proper feedback, I am tired of saying the same thing, its either you refund my money or I am going to lay a formal complaint directly with your Head office for the treatment I have received.
