Bad customer service I got from Pedros chicken in Jewel City from a lady called Queen

Good day….I went to Pedros Chicken in Jewel city. I would like to report a bad customer service I got from a lady called Queen. I went to Pedros Chicken in jewel city and placed an order. After I had waited for about an hour I went to the counter to check my order since it had been a while waiting. They told me to wait about 8 to 10 minutes(after waiting for almost about an hour). I waited 20 more minutes after they told me to wait for 8 to 10 minute and when I went to the counter to check my order I found a lady called Queen and she said my order is not ready yet and I told her that I have been here for an hour now, her response was “You saying that is a waste of time because I just told you that your order is not ready yet”. The attitude she gave me was completely unacceptable and I requested to see the manager and demanded my refund because how do I wait for an hour for food and get such bad customer service as if I did not pay for that food. I am also in retail and that behaviour is unacceptable and also bad for business because how are you going to reach targets when you treat customers like that. The lady was rude and that was uncalled for.
