Bad customer service

Pedro's Bloed Mall: I had to wait for the cashier (Amogelang) for about 10 minutes to attend me while the other lady was just chilling and busy calling the one who should assist. She then decided to assist me, my order was supposed to come with a can but they had no cans. They decided I should upsell without telling me. I then asked them why didn't they ask me first if I want to or not they both gave me attitude and spoke their language which is Tsonga of which they thought I didn't understand it, saying "what this girl wants is not possible" rudely so. The manager came explained everything to me but the other lady Carol continued laughing at me as if I'm stupid. I have never received such bad service.
