Bad customer service

I'm so disappointed with the service that I keep on getting at Perdos Eyethu shopping center Mofolo Central Soweto. I normally buy my chicken there several times I find it not done well bones are red, on Saturday I bought full chicken half hot half extra hot when I got home it was stickers of hot both chicken, the one I had there was no sauce nothing just a grilled chicken the one I normally prepare at home was much better than what I got I've paid my money but I keep on getting nonsense. I'm done with Perdos it doesn't deserve me their service is pathetic.
