BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

on the 2nd of January i bought 1x Mega meal for R309 from Pedros Hillbrow as per order CHK 627 at about 1:12pm from the restaurant and left for Pretoria where i was deployed for intervention. On my arrival at Pretoria, we opened food with my colleagues and only to find that one packet of roll was opened and the roll skin was off like it was bitten by the rodents. immediately i called the number on the slip at about 15:18 to complaint. the guy who answered my call took my details and said they will get back to me. indeed, in less than 10 minutes at about 15:26 i got a call from the same number, it was a lady who introduced herself as a manager, said I must drive back to get new Rolls. I told her I can't drive back I'm at Pretoria i further informed her that with those rolls like that, there was no way we could continue to eat that food. Later the same lady said she will discuss mu matter with the manager and will come back to me up to date I haven't received any call from Pedros. I still have the slip and the Picture of the Rolls as i kept them for further investigation. please help with this matter.
