Bad Customer Service

Bad customer service delivered by Manager Sandy with her crew Athule who is the Cashier at Pedros promenade. We are customers whom it was our first time there . We asked what to get for family meals and we were recommended full chicken which cost R189.99 so we were served wrong order then they attacked us that we need to pay for food that we were not even aware that it’s not ours again as we are new customers with Pedros . Then we wanted to order again a take away the manager used Vulga language on us until we had a fight . I need someone to respond on this.
