Bad customer service

I received very bad service from Pedros dayveton Mall yesterday the cashier let a customer she knows pass us who were in the queue to go ahead in front of us to pay, the customer proceeded to pay and then told the cashier Zama Nkosi that he will come and give her "R100" after this incident I waited my turn to pay and while I was paying she proceeded to have conversations with people behind me and waited for my order when I got home the chicken was under done and ****** the meat was not put on the grill it was under boiled and marinated I drove a distance to buy the meat but I received very bad service.
