Bad customer service, client complaints shut down with no response.

Bad customer service from Emmarentia branch ,

I sent emails to the Pedros Customer support email address and raised my concern about the bad quality of food that was provided to me. My ticket was closed without any feedback provided, the manager from the Emmarentia branch told the customer support team that he made contact with me but this was not true. I then called Customer support to complaint and they reopened the ticket number 7538 as they were not impressed . Few hours later the ticket was closed again without any feedback provided so im not sure what the process is here ,I would appreciate if Pedros Emmarentia makes contact with me or do they not take customer complaints seriously???
