Bad customer service

Terrible service at pedros chicken west street my family nd i waited for 1 hour for our meal nd even on arrival the food was cold nd still waited on plates nd we asked for a refund nd da manager still asked who is gona pay for the food was realy looking forward on eating there but never again thank u Please going forward the staff need to be more caring towards the customers. Thank u
