BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROTTEN FOOD.

I bought a takeaway chicken at pedros thavhani mall. Got to my place later and the meat smelt offish. Tried tasting it and it was spoilt. I reached out to pedros, and they assured me they would do an investigation then get back to me. It's been about a week, and I haven't been refunded for my hard earned money that I wasted on their spoilt chicken. Not even a feedback. So much for supporting local business.
