Bad customer service and disrespectful

I'm Grace Mkansi, cellphone number ***,on the 8th of February 2024,i placed an order online with pedros Protea Gardens, on my order there was coke 1,5l,instead i received sprite 1,2l, I phone them and ask why, the manager blamed the stuff and told me that I must just remind them when I place the next order, what kind of language is that, please assist me by solving this issue hello Peter.
