Bad customer service

I'm very disappointed with Pedros (Pietermaritzburg Woodburn) I placed a telephonic order at 13:43, I was told the order will be ready after 20 minutes. When I arrived in store at 14:10 to make payment and collect , I was told there's no order placed in my name. I therefore had to reorder. There was no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience. I went around the centre trying to kill time, I return to Pedros 20 minutes later, still my order is not ready. I waited for another 10 minutes then I asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was therefore told the manager went to the storeroom she can't come to me, I should leave a message. I left the premises at 14:50 and the manager did not bother to come to me even after she was told that I was in store waiting for her.
